• No we are not a real estate company and we don't provide rental or purchase services. We only provide the platform for you to find the information and communicate between each other safely.
• Will I have to pay to use MalaysiaRental.com?
• We currently have no plans to charge for our services. However in the future if we plan to charge we will make sure a notice is given at least 30 days ahead via the main page and also via email.
• Can I send my properties to be listed here?
• Yes, that is exactly what the system is for! Please register as a user and you can start listing your properties for free now!
• Do I need to register if I am looking for a property to buy or rent?
• No you don't. Only agents or owners who wants to advertise their properties need to register because they need to maintain their listings. We don't collect personal information on this site.
• I received an email containing a link to your website. Do you support spam?
• We don't! Anyone can write you an email and include a link to us, most probably a link to their own property listing on this website. We prohibit our users to do this but then again this is very hard to control. To read more about our spam policy, please read our Terms of Service.
